Rainbow Telecommunications Association Inc., parent company of Rainbow Communications, is a cooperative with nine elected board members consisting of one member at large and one representative from each of the CO-OP's eight telephone exchanges: Bendena, Denton, Everest, Huron, Muscotah, Robinson, Whiting, and Willis.
